This Hatch green chile comes from small local New Mexican farms nestled in the sunny Hatch Valley. This Hatch green chile is a fundamental aspect of New Mexican cuisine, and can bring the flavor of the southwest to your door! Chop it up and put it on a cheeseburger or pizza,  make a chile sauce for enchiladas, or come up with a new fusion creation, the possibilities of Hatch chile are limitless! Consult our recipes section for more ideas! Not every flavor variety is available at the same time. We will begin shipping  green chile on Monday, August 21st, 2024!
